Department Secretary - Cardiac Rehab (Part-Time)

Rockport, Maine

Looking for a rewarding opportunity with a great work-life balance? Join our growing Cardiac Rehabilitation team in beautiful Rockport, Maine, where you'll play an important role in supporting patients on their journey to better heart health.

In this position, you'll provide administrative support through patient scheduling, front desk reception, and a variety of clerical tasks that help keep the department running smoothly.

What to expect:

  • Part-time schedule: 3 days per week, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Preferred days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (some flexibility may be available)
  • No weekends or holidays
  • Support a dedicated team focused on improving the cardiac health of the greater Rockport community

Nestled on Maine's scenic Midcoast, Rockport offers stunning harbor views, outdoor recreation, charming shops and restaurants, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: One year of experience in a clerical or reception role preferred
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

The pay range for this position is $19.48to $23.14 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
