The successful candidate will be integral in development of embedded Rust software for varying security critical platforms in a collaborative team environment. This position may require some travel (approximately 5%) to support customer meetings and off-site development/testing for various systems. Relocation assistance is available! Learn more about Ultra Cyber here: CYBER | Intelligence & Communications | Ultra *Support the technical design and development of embedded software from C to Rust conversion *Perform trade studies and architecture development for Rust *Support the creation of engineering documents to support various contracts, including Software Requirements Specification(s) (SRS), Interface Requirements Specification(s) (IRS), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Software Hardware Design Description (SHDD) *Define unit, integration, and acceptance test plans *Perform Configuration Management for software developmental items *Support Agile and Waterfall development methodology based projects *Provide written and oral progress updates *Participate in process/tool improvements and drive quality initiatives *Keep abreast of innovative technologies that can be beneficial to projects and business *Positively contribute to team's productivity and engagement, ensuring timely and quality delivery of program objectives Required:
