Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


Experience Requirements



  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to accurately follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Team-oriented with strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable and able to consistently work scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to learn multiple production processes and adapt to different work areas as business needs require.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to sit or stand for up to ten hours per shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements, including grasping, pinching, flexing, and extending arms throughout the shift.


Job Duties



  • Complete production duties assigned by the supervisor, including manual product assembly.
  • Weigh and load raw materials into equipment according to production guidelines.
  • Operate automated machinery and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Complete required quality checks according to established sampling and quality standards.
  • Package finished products into the correct containers, packaging, and boxes.
  • Maintain expected production rates and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Accurately record and report production information, including computer data entry as needed.
  • Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safe work practices.
