  • A strong strategic mindset, capable of writing clear, compelling copy that drives action.

  • Exceptional curiosity and a proactive approach to deeply understand client businesses and their objectives.
  • A commitment to bringing forward the best ideas, pushing creative boundaries responsibly, and focusing on the job's overall goal rather than just the assignment.
  • Profound understanding of social campaigns and the ability to generate ideas and copy that thrive in social environments.
  • A positive, supportive, and collaborative demeanor, fostering strong working relationships with team members and partners.
  • Openness and transparency in communication, including proactively raising concerns about timelines or confusion.

  • Availability for an average of 10 hours of work per week.
  • Flexibility and availability for meetings/calls during business hours for at least 2 days per week.
  • Ability to schedule turnarounds within 24 hours or over 3-4 day blocks of time with 1-2 days' notice.
