Are you ready to be the linchpin of daily operations for a major retail health client? Aquent is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team and ensure the smooth flow of critical documents, mail, and facility support. In this hands-on role, you will directly impact the organization's efficiency by managing essential print and imaging services, streamlining mail logistics, and providing crucial facility assistance, ensuring that all operations run seamlessly and effectively.

What You'll Do: Impactful Responsibilities

  • Document & Imaging Operations: You will be at the heart of document production, operating high-volume copy, print, finishing, and imaging equipment, including paper cutters, binders, shrink-wrap machines, and hole drillers. You'll also utilize document management software to open, transfer, process, and retrieve digital files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Mail & Logistics Management: Take charge of incoming and outgoing mail streams, processing, sorting, distributing, and applying postage for all mail, faxes, and packages. Your expertise will also manage shipping and receiving operations for essential supplies and products, keeping the organization well-stocked and connected.
  • Equipment Maintenance & Service: Maintain the pulse of daily operations by performing routine inspections and maintenance on convenience copiers, clearing jams, and managing toner and paper stocks. You will also coordinate external technician service calls and meticulously track service logs, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Site Support & Facilities: Contribute to a comfortable and functional work environment by assisting with conference and meeting room setups, supporting occupant moves, performing light building maintenance (such as re-lamping), and aiding with basic housekeeping tasks as assigned.
  • Administrative & Reception: Support broader administrative functions by maintaining job billing logs and supply inventories, performing document archiving and file purging, and providing essential backup coverage for call center, file services, and reception duties when required.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable; Required).
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience operating high-volume print, bindery, mail, and imaging equipment. Functional knowledge of standard office software, email protocols, and basic digital file management.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service abilities, coupled with a sharp attention to detail for quality control, meter tracking, and reporting.

Schedule & Physical Requirements

  • Schedule: 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday - onsite full time.
