Director of Engineering

(Pittsburgh, PA): Responsible for leading and integrating all architectural, engineering, and technical activities by overseeing project design, budgets, contracts, and environmental compliance while establishing standards, policies, and strategic technical goals aligned with company interests; Serve as the senior technical authority supporting sales, operations, and partners by evaluating building systems, HVAC, and automation interfaces, presenting proposals, executing detailed analyses, and managing the full implementation, testing, and acceptance of Meteo Viva Climate solutions using advanced thermodynamic models; Manage multidisciplinary teams, engage clients and public stakeholders, drive sustainability initiatives, educate partners and internal engineers, and ensure successful project delivery, performance optimization, and long-term customer value. Min Req.: Eligible candidates should have at least a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
