Your work will directly enhance user experience, drive engagement, and set new standards for professional communication.

Are you a visionary designer with a passion for crafting visually stunning and highly functional content? We are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic team, where you'll play a pivotal role in creating high-quality templates, presentations, documents, and workbooks across widely used productivity applications. This is your chance to blend strong visual craft with compelling storytelling, ensuring every piece of content is polished, scalable, and impactful for a broad customer audience.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build high-quality templates for presentations, documents, and workbooks using industry-standard productivity applications.
  • Create layouts, visual systems, and reusable design components that support a wide range of customer scenarios.
  • Apply strong design judgment to ensure every template is clear, polished, accessible, and easy to customize.
  • Format and refine files for consistency, including typography, spacing, alignment, color, imagery, tables, charts, and content hierarchy.
  • Translate creative briefs and content requirements into practical, customer-ready template designs.
  • Support template production workflows by creating, editing, and quality-checking files across various applications.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product partners to incorporate feedback and continuously improve template quality.
  • Maintain strong attention to file structure, usability, accessibility, and cross-platform presentation quality.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, composition, and visual design skills.
  • Strong graphic design craft, including typography, layout, color, composition, hierarchy, and visual balance.
  • Experience designing professional content and templates across presentation, document, and spreadsheet software.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard office productivity suites, specifically presentation, document, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in design workflows.
  • Strong understanding of template design, presentation design, document layout, and workbook formatting.
  • Ability to create polished, production-ready files, aligned to guidelines, that are easy for customers to use and adapt.
  • Detail-oriented approach to formatting, alignment, spacing, accessibility, and file quality.
  • Ability to follow creative direction, interpret briefs, and apply feedback efficiently.
  • Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Collaborative, proactive communication style with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience creating customer-facing templates or business content for broad audiences.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices for presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
  • Experience designing within established brand systems or design guidelines.
  • Strong production-design discipline, including file cleanup, formatting precision, and quality control.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and feedback loops.
