Candidate must be an effective communicator, demonstrate strong leadership qualities and be highly organized. In this role, the supervisor provides individual reflective supervision/home visit observations, maintains supervision logs and is available for clinical consultation.Other duties include ensuring adherence to HFA model, monitoring case records, completing quarterly reviews, facilitating team meetings, and engaging in the development and implementation of program policies.The position may maintain a small direct service caseload dependent upon census and need.Supervisor must have knowledge of infant and child development, parent-child interactions/relationships or experience with family services that embrace the concepts of family-centered and strength-based services, and experience working with culturally diverse communities.
