If you've worked with a national insurance carrier, PEO, workers' compensation organization, or large multi-state risk environment, you'll have the opportunity to bring that experience to BBSI and help build what's next.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

• Lead the evolution of BBSI's Risk & Safety strategy
• Drive AI, technology and predictive analytics initiatives
• Identify emerging risks and develop proactive solutions
• Build data-driven dashboards and decision-making tools
• Partner with senior leadership across Insurance, Claims, Operations and Underwriting
• Transform how Risk & Safety teams use technology
• Shape company-wide best practices and innovation

IDEAL BACKGROUND

• 10+ years Risk, Insurance, Loss Control or Underwriting experience
• 5+ years leadership experience
• California experience preferred
• AI, analytics, automation or technology experience highly valued
• National carrier or large multi-state experience strongly preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is between 150-200K base plus bonus and RSU's. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate.

Paid Time Off: Accrued sick leave of 1 hour for every 40 hours of work, with maximum based on state or regional requirements; vacation accrues up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours in years 2-4, and up to 160 hours in the fifth year; 6 paid holidays annually, 4 paid volunteer days annually.
