  • Shift: 1st Shift

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm (overtime may be required based on business needs)

Your Role in Our Mission

  • The
    Kitting Technician is responsible for accurately picking, assembling, and
    preparing kits of parts and materials required for production. This position
    requires attention to detail, the ability to use hand and power tools, and safe
    operation of warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers. The ideal candidate
    will contribute to efficient operations by ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time
    delivery of kits.

  • Pick parts and
    materials from inventory using work orders, pick lists, or bills of
    materials (BOMs)

  • Assemble kits
    with the correct parts and quantities according to specifications

  • Verify part
    numbers, quantities, and quality before completing kits

  • Operate material
    handling equipment, including cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks,
    and carts

  • Safely use hand
    tools and power tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers) as needed

  • Label, package,
    and stage completed kits for production or shipment

  • Maintain
    accurate inventory and report shortages, damaged materials, or
    discrepancies

  • Follow all
    safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and OSHA guidelines

  • Maintain a
    clean, organized workspace (5S standards)

  • Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership

  • Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency

What You'll Bring

  • High school
    diploma or GED required

  • Previous
    warehouse, kitting, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to
    safely use hand tools and power tools

  • Experience
    operating or willingness to learn cherry pickers and other warehouse
    equipment

  • Basic
    familiarity with inventory systems, scanners, or warehouse software
    (preferred)

  • Ability to read
    and interpret work orders, pick lists, and BOMs

  • Strong
    attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic math
    skills (counting and verifying quantities)

  • Understanding
    of workplace safety standards

  • Forklift/cherry
    picker certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)

  • Reliable and
    dependable with strong work ethic

  • Ability to work
    independently and within a team

  • Good
    communication skills

  • Ability to meet
    deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift
    up to 50 lbs. Ability to
    stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

  • Comfortable
    working at heights when operating cherry picker equipment

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Strong problem-solving mindset

Pay Transparency

The expected pay range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
