Location: Osceola, AR

$14.00 per hour

Schedule



  • 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 1:15 PM - 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

In this role, you'll help package finished products, ensure quality standards are met, support food safety procedures, and keep production lines running efficiently. Education Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED required


Experience Requirements


  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic math and writing skills preferred
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required


Job Duties


  • Package finished food products into appropriate containers and cases
  • Inspect bowls, pouches, containers, and packaging materials for quality and proper sealing
  • Count products, cases, totes, and packaging materials accurately
  • Examine products and containers to ensure packaging specifications are met
  • Record production, packaging, and order information on required forms
  • Apply labels to cases and verify packaging accuracy
  • Load materials and products into packaging equipment
  • Remove completed or defective products from production lines
  • Assemble cartons, pallets, and totes for shipment preparation
  • Transport packaged products to designated staging areas
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
  • Operate pallet jacks and assist with shipment preparation



Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
