Now hiring for a Packaging Associate Location: Osceola, AR $14.00 per hour Schedule 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM 2nd Shift: 1:15 PM - 10:00 PM 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM Hard Work. Good People. In this role, you'll help package finished products, ensure quality standards are met, support food safety procedures, and keep production lines running efficiently. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Experience Requirements Manufacturing experience preferred Basic math and writing skills preferred Ability to speak, read, and write in English Ability to work overtime as needed Reliable attendance and punctuality required Job Duties Package finished food products into appropriate containers and cases Inspect bowls, pouches, containers, and packaging materials for quality and proper sealing Count products, cases, totes, and packaging materials accurately Examine products and containers to ensure packaging specifications are met Record production, packaging, and order information on required forms Apply labels to cases and verify packaging accuracy Load materials and products into packaging equipment Remove completed or defective products from production lines Assemble cartons, pallets, and totes for shipment preparation Transport packaged products to designated staging areas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures Operate pallet jacks and assist with shipment preparation Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
