Overview
RN Lead coordinates nursing activities for assigned clinical outpatient departments providing clinical expertise in the nursing process. RN Lead provides patient care that promotes the safety and well-being of our patients. The RN, in the ambulatory setting utilizes a systematic approach by incorporating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. Provides healthcare to individuals, families, and communities within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing. The patient population consists of individuals experiencing psychiatric conditions. Qualifications Certifications:
Education: College Diploma: Nursing, Work Experience: Ambulatory nursing Other Requirements
Demonstrates clinical competencies in providing direct patient care and patient and family education as well as assisting the provider in the delivery of patient care. Demonstrates leadership and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively with others. Ability to multitask and prioritize is required. Possesses strong knowledge and skills in Epic EMR system. Demonstrates skills in education and training to improve the quality of nursing offered in the assigned departments.

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $35.41per hour - $57.63per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
