Summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking an experienced Group Vice President (GVP) to lead and grow dialysis operations across the state of Florida. This executive role oversees two Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and provides statewide strategic direction, operational leadership, and performance accountability for 35+ dialysis clinics and home programs. The GVP drives quality patient care, financial performance, regulatory compliance, physician partnerships, and market growth while fostering a culture of engagement and operational excellence. Given statewide accountability and multisite oversight, this position requires frequent travel (up to 50%), including overnight travel.

Because this role provides statewide leadership and requires frequent travel across Florida, the GVP must reside within the state. This position requires travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.

Essential Functions

  • Lead by example and uphold Innovative Renal Care's mission, values, and patientfirst culture.
  • Translate company strategy into statewide initiatives that drive growth, quality outcomes, and operational excellence across Florida.
  • Provide executivelevel oversight, coaching, and performance management for two Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs).
  • Partner with Medical Directors and regional/clinic leadership to ensure patient care targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Drive culture initiatives across the Florida group in coordination with the COO and culture committees.
  • Build strong physician and healthcare partner relationships; develop strategies to increase clinic growth and market expansion.
  • Own financial performance and key objectives for all clinics and home programs within the Florida group.
  • Lead monthly financial and quality performance reviews; identify gaps and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Analyze Florida dialysis markets and develop strategies to increase clinic growth, home program growth, and market opportunities.
  • Oversee performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and recognition programs across the Florida group.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or businessrelated field required; master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive healthcare management experience; dialysis experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership success in multisite or regional operations.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive financial performance and operational results.
  • Ability to build strong physician partnerships and lead teams through influence.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, problemsolving, and navigating complex operational environments.
  • Must reside in the state of Florida.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including frequent overnight travel.
