This role partners closely with Operations, Clinical, Regulatory, Growth, and HR teams to strengthen program performance, ensure regulatory compliance, expand home dialysis access, and drive consistent execution in a matrixed environment.

Given national accountability for program execution, this role requires frequent travel to IRC home program locations to support operations, meet with clinic and clinical/growth leadership, and participate in leadership meetings. The VP serves as a key advisor to the COO and represents IRC's home program strategy at the national level.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the national strategic direction, practice guidelines, and roadmap for IRC's Home Program.
  • Ensure compliance with IRC policies and all federal, state, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations across home program operations.
  • Translate ESRD Medicare and state home dialysis requirements into efficient, compliant operating models.
  • Drive execution of all tactical steps required to launch, scale, and sustain home program performance across IRC locations.
  • Oversee national home program operations, ensuring standardization, outcome improvement, survey readiness, and corrective action planning.
  • Lead operational planning for home program expansion, ensuring readiness across staffing, training, regulatory, clinical, and facility requirements.
  • Develop and manage national vendor engagement strategies with home dialysis supply, equipment, pharmaceutical, and service partners.
  • Establish national standards and competencies for home program coordinator training in partnership with local clinical leadership.
  • Review and interpret national home program outcomes monthly, set performance targets, and direct improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO and represent IRC's home program strategy through national industry engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including multisite, regional, or national program leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a matrixed organization without direct line authority.
  • Proven track record of setting strategy and driving multiregion or national program growth.
  • Deep familiarity with home dialysis programs from both clinical and strategic growth perspectives.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Executivelevel communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
  • Strong understanding of the business and financial implications of clinical and operational decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in a fastchanging environment.
