The UCR School of Medicine (SOM) Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) Department is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Scholarly Activity Coordinator to support the delivery of undergraduate medical education programs and scholarly activity initiatives. This position serves as a key administrative partner to faculty, students, and program leadership by coordinating curriculum activities, student research programs, scholarly activity milestones, educational events, learner assessments, and program communications. The incumbent plays an important role in ensuring the efficient operation of medical education programs while supporting compliance, accreditation, and continuous program improvement in an innovative academic medical environment.
The full salary range for the Scholarly Activity Coordinator is $65,062.08 - $98,950.32 annually. However, the pay scale for this position is up to $80,283 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. This position will work fully onsite at the UCR campus during the first six-month probationary period. After that, the position may be eligible to transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite / 2 days remote. | |
