A New Team. A New Vision. Endless Opportunities. Join The Blossom Today. The People & Culture Supervisor will support the People & Culture department with a primary focus on new hire onboarding, orientation, training, and team member development. This highly visible role will help create a welcoming and engaging experience for new hires while supporting a culture of continuous learning throughout the hotel. Key responsibilities include coordinating the onboarding process, facilitating new hire orientation, supporting departmental and hotel-wide training programs, maintaining training records, and ensuring required learning and compliance training is completed. The Supervisor will partner closely with hotel leaders to identify training needs, reinforce service standards, and help team members understand our culture, brand expectations, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences. This position will also assist with general People & Culture functions, team member engagement initiatives, recognition programs, internal communications, and other HR-related responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic facilitator with strong communication, organization, and presentation skills who genuinely enjoys helping others learn and succeed. Previous Human Resources, Learning & Development, training, or hotel operations experience is preferred. Previous Hilton experience and familiarity with Hilton culture, brand standards, systems, and training programs are highly preferred. We're looking for someone who can make onboarding more than a process-someone who can make a new team member's first days with our hotel feel welcoming, engaging, organized, and inspiring. Welcome the talent. Build the culture. Develop the team that delivers exceptional hospitality. Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
