Your Job We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience to support production equipment during 2nd shift. This role is responsible for keeping equipment running safely and reliably, supporting line setups and changeovers, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and partnering with operators, supervisors, quality and process engineering team to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance. Shifts Available- 1st shift. Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 2nd shift. Monday-Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Sign on bonus available! 1k for 1st shift and 2k for 2nd shift. What You Will Do * Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical production equipment. * Support production by performing machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and start-up verification to ensure equipment is ready for manufacturing. * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and safety. * Diagnose equipment issues using mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, manuals, and machine documentation. * Install, replace, adjust, and maintain machine components including bearings, gearboxes, motors, sensors, cylinders, tooling, fixtures, and related equipment. * Support operators during production by resolving equipment issues, optimizing machine performance, and minimizing downtime. * Conduct equipment testing and validation following repairs, setups, or process changes. * Identify recurring equipment failures and recommend improvements to increase reliability, quality, and productivity. * Support automated equipment, robotic systems, vision systems, and related manufacturing technologies. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status, priorities, and improvement opportunities to production and engineering teams. * Train and assist operators and technicians in basic troubleshooting, equipment care, and setup best practices. * Follow all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and company safety procedures.. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Minimum 2 years of Electro-Mechanical Maintenance experience. * Experience in industrial preventative maintenance (electric motors, gear boxes, pneumatic cylinders, cams, bearings, VFD systems, sensors, servos, potentiometers). * Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems. * Experience reading mechanical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals. * Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. * Experience working with 24VDC control systems.
