Seeking a motivated and dependable Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Staten Island, New York.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, neurological, and balance-related conditions. The ideal candidate will provide individualized care and work collaboratively with our clinical and administrative staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.

* Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and functional rehabilitation.

* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

* Educate patients regarding their condition, recovery process, home exercise program, and injury prevention.

* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

* Communicate with physicians, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

* Work collaboratively with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

* Current New York State Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

* Professional, reliable, and patient-focused.

* Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

* New graduates are encouraged to apply.
