Responsibilities

We are now hiring Night Registered Nurses at Sea Grove Recovery

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina,Sea Grove Recovery provides substance use treatment for adults, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment. Sea Grove offers detox and residential care and a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week, with PHP lodging available. The program allows for those in our care to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs. In addition to the substance use program, Sea Grove Recovery is equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder.

The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in both detox and residential treatment programs. They administer medications, monitor vital signs, and ensure patient safety during the detox process.
The nurse is responsible for patient care and provides guidance to Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure adherence to care protocols. Additionally, the nurse reports to the Director of Nursing (DON) and participates in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on care strategies.
By fostering teamwork and effective communication, the Registered Nurse helps create a supportive environment that promotes recovery and healing for all patients.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree Required,
A minimum of 3-5 years of substance use treatment experience preferred. Active RN license in the state of SC.
