Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY The International Banking Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day processes pertaining to the department's activities. Generally, functions performed have high monetary exposure and risk involving large dollar volumes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Understanding of Trade Finance structure at Citizens Business Bank. 3. Experience with Letters of Credit. 4. Knowledge and experience with Uniform Customs and Practices 500 and ISP 98. 4. Knowledge and experience with Foreign Documentary Collection 200. 6. A working knowledge of the International SWIFT System EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Suite software, as well as GFX, Navigator, and Swift. Other Qualifications Must be able to travel ten percent of the time. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and talk or hear.
