You will lead capability and development activities that strengthen our manufacturing teams and be a pivotal member of the Project team supporting the Drug Product facility at GSK's Marietta site. This role is responsible for designing and implementing E2E capability development strategies that build critical skills, strengthen workforce, and enable a continuous learning culture aligned with the Marietta Site Strategy. You will partner with HR, site leadership, and the GPS function to align capability development, career pathways, and workforce onboarding with current and future business needs specific to Drug Product operations. Your work ensures the facility has the right talent and capabilities to drive sustained performance, resilience, and long-term success. You will work with operations, quality, engineering, and learning partners to design and deliver training, build technical capability, and improve how people learn on the job.
