Outpatient Therapist, CARE Counseling

CARE Counseling is looking for a Licensed Therapist to join our team in Mankato, MN! We are a community-focused outpatient practice where clinicians work with clients of all ages in individual, couples, and family therapy. In this role, you will:

• Conduct assessments and provide outpatient therapy to individuals and families with a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns
• Deliver evidence-based treatment using approaches such as CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's needs
• Track patient progress and treatment outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

• An active LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT license in MN (required)
