Purpose and Scope Responsibilities 40% Responsible for administrative processing including premium auditing upon employee returning to work from leave. 10% Provide tier two customer service support and problem-solving regarding benefit plan, eligibility, deadlines and processes. 10% Identify and streamline processes for benefit administration as well as work with cross-functional teams to identify improvements to processes that cross between functional areas. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging University of Missouri human resources policies and practices. As with all positions, involvement with other duties and responsibilities may be expected in order to support the mission and purpose of the University of Missouri. Shift
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and three years of human resources office experience demonstrating knowledge of basic employment laws, exceptional customer service and organizational skill. Excel spreadsheet skills with experience with macros, v-lookups and pivot tables, attention to detail, accuracy and ability to follow through independently. PeopleSoft experience is helpful. Team player with interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Proven analytic and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Works autonomously and uses sound judgment. Anticipated Hiring Range
