Overview NaphCare is hiring PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team at the Washoe County Jail in Reno, Nevada. Base Salary Range: $36.95-$39.00/hour As a Correctional Nurse, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide hands-on care to a diverse patient population with complex medical needs. You'll utilize a broad range of nursing skills, including physical assessments, medication administration, chronic disease management, and emergency response-all within a secure and fast-paced clinical environment. Performing patient assessments, interviewing patients about current health problems, medication history
Qualifications Experience / Requirements / Qualifications
Physical Capabilities: Must have the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds), bend, squat, reach, push, pull, walk significant distances, and perform physically demanding tasks like CPR, all while maintaining good balance and endurance throughout a shift.
