Type: Full Time Location: Camp Springs / Andrews AFB, Maryland Overtime Exempt: No Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: Secret ******************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD******************** Duties & Responsibilities: Program and Policy Administration:
- The Compliance Analyst will maintain and update all Air National Guard Security Forces division processes, policy changes, staff actions, information management, and office equipment records.
- Manage and update the division's Enterprise Management System usage and coordinate publishing of approved office procedures and Air National Guard instructions and supplements.
- Ensure project management responsibilities are executed accurately, professionally, and in accordance with division standards.
- Maintain the Compliance Continuity Book with current processes, procedures, timelines, and points of contact.
- Ensure timely coordination, accuracy, and documentation across all compliancerelated administrative actions.
Equipment and Logistics Oversight:
- The Compliance Analyst will track performance of assigned projects and notify the Contracting Officer Representative immediately of any discrepancies.
- Maintain database records for fielded equipment and include updates in monthly status reports.
Data Analysis and Compliance Monitoring:
- The Compliance Analyst will monitor Department of the Air Force and Department of Defense compliance programs, including IGEMS, MICT, TMT, and other systems identified by the Contracting Officer Representative.
- Gather, analyze, and coordinate statistical data from units to identify trends, issues, and corrective actions.
- Identify shortfalls and develop actionable corrective plans within prescribed timelines for division review.
- Compile information from internal and external sources and provide monthly reports reflecting completed tasks, trends, and compliance status.
- Assess division performance against Performance Requirements Summary and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan standards, providing annual reviews and new compliance improvement recommendations.
Stakeholder Coordination and Training:
- The Compliance Analyst will collaborate with Air National Guard Readiness Center staff and Major Commands on compliance issues and program coordination.
- Prepare briefings, talking papers, staff summaries, and presentations for leadership as required.
- Provide timely customer support, resolve discrepancies, and respond to compliance queries from staff and units.
- Coordinate with Headquarters Air Force and Major Commands on staff actions and compliance requirements.
- Ensure accurate communication and alignment with all stakeholders to support compliance program success.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Knowledge of Air National Guard and Department of the Air Force compliance programs, policies, and administrative processes, including systems such as IGEMS, MICT, TMT, and similar evaluation tools.
- Skilled in analyzing compliance data, identifying trends, evaluating program performance, and developing corrective action plans that align with established standards and requirements.
- Ability to manage policy updates, staff actions, information management processes, and continuity documentation with accuracy and consistency.
- Skilled in preparing professional briefings, staff summaries, talking papers, and monthly compliance reports for leadership and external stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Air National Guard Readiness Center staff, Major Commands, Headquarters Air Force, and internal division personnel to support compliance actions and resolve issues promptly.
Minimum/General Experience:
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience supporting compliance, program oversight, quality assurance, or administrative operations within the Department of Defense or Air National Guard.
Minimum Education:
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
