Type: Full Time Location: Camp Springs / Andrews AFB, Maryland Overtime Exempt: No Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: Secret ******************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD******************** Duties & Responsibilities: Program and Policy Administration:
- The Antiterrorism / Force Protection Senior Analyst will provide antiterrorism guidance and riskmanagement support to Air National Guard field units and assist in developing and maintaining policy related to the Mission Assurance System of Record.
- Review, analyze, and maintain Antiterrorism Plans for all Air National Guard installations, ensuring updates and accuracy.
- Maintain reference materials and continuity documentation related to antiterrorism, force protection, and Mission Assurance policies and processes.
- Coordinate technical support actions with the Contracting Officer Representative and ensure project management responsibilities are executed professionally and accurately.
- Ensure antiterrorism and force protection guidance is consistently communicated and applied across Air National Guard units.
Equipment and Logistics Oversight:
- The Antiterrorism / Force Protection Senior Analyst will coordinate Physical Security and Antiterrorism unfunded requirements submissions, ensuring correct routing, documentation, and followup with submitting units.
- Prioritize unfunded requirements in alignment with Base Defense Branch Chief direction and organizational priorities.
- Ensure corrections and updates are communicated to field units to maintain accurate and compliant submissions.
- Support logistical oversight by maintaining awareness of installationlevel physical security needs and resource gaps.
- Provide coordinated support to the Base Defense Branch on equipment and resourcerelated antiterrorism requirements.
Data Analysis and Compliance Monitoring
- The Antiterrorism / Force Protection Senior Analyst will maintain access to required systems and tools such as the Management Internal Control Toolset, Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal/eGuardian, the Air Force Justice Information System, and the Mission Assurance System of Record.
- Analyze installationlevel vulnerability, security, and antiterrorism data to identify risks, trends, and compliance gaps.
- Provide monthly findings and deficiency summaries, along with quarterly and annual trend analyses for leadership review.
- Monitor antiterrorism program compliance through onsite observations, assessments, automated record reviews, and followup reporting.
- Prepare monthly written reports detailing issues, vulnerabilities, compliance status, and recommended corrective actions.
Stakeholder Coordination and Training:
- The Antiterrorism / Force Protection Senior Analyst will coordinate with National Guard Bureau functional managers, Major Commands, Headquarters Air Force, and assessment agencies on antiterrorism and mission assurance initiatives.
- Support and coordinate Joint Mission Assurance Assessments, Defense Threat Reduction Agency assessments, and other higherheadquarters vulnerability assessment activities.
- Conduct Staff Assisted Visits to review, validate, and support antiterrorism and mission assurance program execution, providing reports on findings.
- Develop, update, and maintain antiterrorism training materials and curriculum, including facilitation and delivery of Antiterrorism Level II training when required.
- Respond to AFNORTH information requests within required timelines, coordinating all responses with the Base Defense Branch Chief before submission.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Knowledge of Department of Defense and Air National Guard antiterrorism, base defense, and mission assurance policies, standards, directives, and riskmanagement processes, including the Mission Assurance System of Record.
- Skilled in reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining Antiterrorism Plans, vulnerability assessments, installation reporting, and Mission Assurance data using systems such as the Management Internal Control Toolset, Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal/eGuardian, and the Air Force Justice Information System.
- Ability to conduct onsite assessments, Staff Assisted Visits, Joint Mission Assurance Assessments, and trend analysis, producing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership.
- Skilled in coordinating with National Guard Bureau functional managers, Major Commands, Headquarters Air Force, AFNORTH, and assessment entities to align antiterrorism and force protection efforts.
- Ability to develop, maintain, and deliver antiterrorism training materials and curriculum, including Antiterrorism Level II instruction and mission assurance program briefings.
Minimum/General Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience supporting Department of Defense or Air National Guard antiterrorism, force protection, base defense, or mission assurance programs.
Minimum Education:
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
