Type: Full Time Location: Camp Springs / Andrews AFB, Maryland Overtime Exempt: No Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: Secret ******************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD******************** Duties & Responsibilities: Program and Policy Administration:
- The Requirements & Equipment Senior Analyst will support the Air National Guard (ANG) Security Forces Requirements and Equipment Program and maintain access to the Automated Readiness Information System, Defense Logistics Agency FedMall, Fire and Emergency Services Equipment Tailored Logistics Support Program, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment, and the Enterprise Logistics Management System.
- Provide technical assistance for ANG policy development and annual reviews related to Security Forces equipment, requirements, and capabilities.
- Maintain a Requirements and Equipment Continuity Book with processes, timelines, and points of contact.
- Assist with contracting requirement documents such as Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts and Blanket Purchase Agreements when requested by the Contracting Officer Representative.
- Ensure all program and policy administration tasks are completed accurately and professionally.
Equipment and Logistics Oversight:
- The Requirements & Equipment Senior Analyst will coordinate and maintain ANG Security Forces Enterprise Logistics Management System Enterprise Warehouses and assist field units.
- Oversee warehouse access requests and manage ANG Security Forces purchased items and national stock number loads.
- Maintain equipment data to support fielding, lifecycle planning, and operational requirements for domestic and contingency missions.
- Coordinate and validate ANG Security Forces equipment authorizations, including weapons, optics, and force protection items that are not classified as real property.
- Conduct market research, government cost estimates, and testing and evaluation activities to support Air National Guard modernization efforts.
Data Analysis and Compliance Monitoring:
- The Requirements & Equipment Senior Analyst will coordinate and maintain NGB/A4SX Requirements and Equipment SharePoint and Teams Pages, tracking deliveries and resolving discrepancies
- Update the Requirements and Equipment information on State of the State and Unit Visit Cards
- Coordinate and maintain the NGB/A4SX ELMS SharePoint and Teams Pages and update associated ELMS information
- Provide Security Forces Requirements and Equipment periodic progress reports or briefings as required by COR
- Monitor current/emerging requirements and equipment trends by interfacing with and collecting statistical data from field units and other MAJCOMs
Stakeholder Coordination and Training:
- The Requirements & Equipment Senior Analyst will participate in the Security Forces Requirements Working Group (SF RWG) and provide findings to the COR.
- Monitor the Department of the Air Force Small Arms and Light Weapons Capabilities Working Group (DAF SA/LW CWG) and report identified issues or trends.
- Coordinate with National Guard Bureau (NGB) functional managers, Major Commands, Headquarters Air Force, the Air Force Security Forces Center, and the Air Force Reserve Command on Security Forces equipment initiatives.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and meetings designated by the COR and provide After-Action Reports.
- Conduct presentations and facilitate communication with ANG Security Forces field units, including quarterly calls and forums with Security Forces logistics personnel.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Knowledge of Department of Defense and Department of the Air Force programs, Unified Facility Criteria, Air Force Instructions, and Air National Guard Security Forces logistics systems and processes.
- Skill in providing full-time, on-site analytical support including subject matter opinions, technical analysis, problem-solving recommendations, and program management assistance.
- Skill in developing and coordinating technical documentation, cost estimates, contracting support materials, and lifecycle management planning.
- Ability to conduct data analysis, track operational readiness indicators, validate equipment authorizations, maintain accurate information systems, and generate reliable leadership reports.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with National Guard Bureau staff, Major Commands, Headquarters Air Force, and field units, while communicating findings through briefings, working groups, and After-Action Reports.
Minimum/General Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in logistics management, requirements analysis, supply chain operations, or equipment lifecycle management.
- Minimum 3 years working with Department of Defense (DoD) systems, preferably including the Enterprise Logistics Management System, FedMall, or similar procurement/readiness platforms.
- Prior experience supporting Air Force, Air National Guard, or other DoD Security Forces programs.
Minimum Education:
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
