As a Transportation Security Officer: Full Time Airport Patrol Guest Services in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist travelers, visitors, and staff with professional service and clear communication. You will help maintain an orderly environment while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

Requirements:

18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at an airport location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, roadways, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report observed conditions.
• Monitor access points, restricted areas, and surrounding premises; verify credentials as directed and report access concerns or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and coordinating with airport operations and emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual occurrences through clear and accurate reports, logs, and required communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
