Associate Vice President for Facilities and Infrastructure Oregon State University (OSU) the state's largest public research university and a top-tier R1, land, sea, space, and sun grant institution seeks an experienced, strategic, and collaborative leader to serve as its next Associate Vice President (AVP) for Facilities and Infrastructure. Reporting to the Vice President for Finance & Administration & CFO, the AVP serves as OSU's Chief Facilities Officer, providing strategic leadership for capital planning, design and construction, campus and land use planning, operations and maintenance, utilities and energy, space strategy, sustainability, and real estate across a Corvallis campus of 150+ buildings on 560 acres (5.7M gross square feet), including 83 buildings in the OSU National Historic District. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
