As a Public Assistance Clerk I, you will provide a wide range of customer support to our constituents seeking information. You will assist customers with Assessor applications and processes, answer questions, and help resolve issues related to property ownership and assessment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the Assessor's Office by learning multiple processes and programs across several divisions. You will also gain valuable knowledge of how the Assessor's Office works in conjunction with the Recorder's and Treasurer's Offices to provide accurate and effective service to the public.
