Description
As MISO's Software Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading one or more teams to design, build, deliver, and operate software at scale. You will set the technical direction, own delivery across schedule, cost, scope, and quality, and drive modern software engineering practices. You'll champion AInative and automationfirst SDLC practices while ensuring alignment with engineering standards. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and Product Management to deliver highvalue initiatives. In addition, you'll collaborate with peer managers to advance departmental and enterprise strategic goals. As MISO's Software Engineering Manager, you will:
