Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

Requirements

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot folder gluer equipment and related finishing machinery.
  • Configure machines according to production specifications and work orders.
  • Monitor production runs to ensure quality, efficiency, and output goals are met.
  • Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and operational performance.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, appearance, and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and safety inspections.
  • Coordinate workflow and assist production team members throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical or production issues to minimize downtime.



Job Duties

  • 1+ years of previous experience operating folder gluer, bindery, finishing, packaging, or related production equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, production instructions, and technical specifications.
  • Experience making precise machine adjustments and quality control checks.
  • Knowledge of various paper stocks, packaging materials, and production processes is preferred.
  • Ability to perform measurements, calculations, and machine setups accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
