Manufacturing, production, or assembly training is a plus. Ability to read work instructions, labels, and quality standards. Basic math and counting skills required for accurate production tracking. Experience Requirements Previous experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, machine operation, assembly, or production environments preferred. Experience performing visual quality inspections and identifying product defects. Ability to safely use small power tools and assembly equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain production quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds as needed. Ability to perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around production machinery. Job Duties Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic components according to production specifications. Trim excess material and inspect plastic parts for quality, appearance, and defects. Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards. Stack finished parts in designated containers and storage areas as they are produced. Verify the correct quantity of parts is placed in the appropriate bins and ensure all materials are accurately labeled. Maintain accurate production counts and follow established work instructions. Assist with light assembly operations and use small power tools when required. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following all company safety procedures. Support production goals by maintaining efficiency, quality, and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
