Position Summary

Bayside Spa at Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our professional spa team. Located along the shores of Lake LBJ, Bayside Spa provides guests with exceptional wellness experiences through customized massage therapies, body treatments, and personalized service. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering outstanding guest care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and wellness practice.

As a Massage Therapist, you will provide professional massage services and body treatments that promote relaxation and overall well-being. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities



  • Perform professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa standards and licensing requirements.
  • Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments and wellness solutions.
  • Educate guests on post-treatment care and recommend retail products when appropriate.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to established sanitation and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure all products and equipment are used properly and efficiently.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Communicate guest feedback, concerns, and operational issues to management as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa, resort, or similar professional environment preferred.
  • Current and active State Massage Therapy License required.
  • Knowledge of multiple massage modalities and body treatments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage treatment schedules effectively.
  • Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
