Overview
Product Designer II - Cross Device Experiences The Devices + Experiences Design team is looking for a Product Designer II to help shape the future of Cross Device Experiences across Microsoft's ecosystem. You'll design experiences that help people stay in the flow as they move across devices, applications, services, and emerging AI-powered experiences. This is a maker role. Beyond creating exceptional UI/UX, you'll be expected to rapidly prototype concepts, build interactive experiences, and use modern AI-first design and development tools to explore ideas, validate assumptions, and communicate product direction. You will partner closely with design, product management, engineering, and research teams to define and deliver the next generation of experiences spanning devices, platforms, services, and AI-powered workflows. #W+DJOBS Product Design IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
