What you'll do:

As part of the Bakerseld Eye Care Optometric team, you'll join a talented group of professionals in a modern, dynamic clinic equipped with specialty technology to support comprehensive eye care. In this full-time oater role, you'll work Monday through Friday, oating to any location on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Wednesdays based in Taft. You'll perform patient examinations, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, promote good eye health through patient education, and care for an average of 22 patients per day. Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
