Overview of the Position: The Sales & Commercial Director is responsible for leading global sales and business development efforts to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships. This role provides leadership to the sales team, develops commercial strategies, manages key customer accounts, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and customer satisfaction. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred. The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten 10 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial leadership roles, including at least five 5 years of experience leading and developing sales or commercial teams. Experience within the aerospace, defense, power generation, industrial, or related industries is strongly preferred. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
