This opportunity is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Job Duties Inspect rental equipment upon return for damage, fuel levels, mileage, operating hours, and overall condition. Clean equipment using pressure washing systems to remove paint, grease, tar, rust, dirt, and debris. Load and unload trailers and prepare equipment for rental readiness and customer use. Verify safety decals and inspect equipment to ensure compliance with company safety standards. Demonstrate equipment operation to customers and provide exceptional customer service. Operate company delivery trucks to transport, pick up, and deliver equipment as needed. Experience Requirements Previous experience in equipment cleaning, equipment rental, construction, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred. Experience operating pressure washing equipment, trailers, or delivery vehicles is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proven attention to detail, safety, and quality standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Education Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Basic understanding of equipment safety procedures and inspection processes. Willingness to complete company-provided training as required. Physical Capabilities Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 45 pounds as needed. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely operate pressure washing equipment, trailers, and delivery vehicles. Capable of performing repetitive cleaning, inspection, and equipment-handling tasks. Must maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and operational awareness.
