Governance Planning and Process Manager

As the Global Tech Planning Governance and Process Program Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of core technology governance activities, including milestone management, budget coordination, executive-level meeting preparation, and end-to-end process development. This role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to translate complex technology topics into clear governance actions, and the creativity to design processes that improve alignment, speed, and decision quality across the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized program manager who can manage multiple priorities, build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, think outside of the box to solve complex challenges, and drive topics from initial concept through executive approval and implementation.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Schedule and organize monthly executive-level GPC3 meetings
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, ensuring alignment with governance priorities
  • Responsible for planning / alignment and readiness of GTP topic approval prior to the coordinating vehicle milestone at GPC 2 and GPAC
  • Confirm and update Technology Milestones that are approaching deadlines Ensure funding allocation in budget prior to governance approval
  • Document meeting minutes that are sent to VP and SVP level, which releases funding for approved projects
  • Create OKRs and track progress of organization
  • Develop, validate, and implement scalable governance processes, procedures, methodologies, tools, and templates based on GTP needs and identified risks to ensure PDP timing compliance while improving consistency, transparency, and decision readiness across technical planning activities.
  • Weekly coordination between Technical and ASC Planners, and corresponding support teams
  • Monthly coordination between GPC3 Committee Members, NA Product Planning and GPC2 PLAN PMO group
  • Support the overall governance, structure, and organization of Tech Strategy Steering Committee and Module Scandalization Steering Committee activities
  • Delegate as appropriate to ensure required tasks are completed on time and at the proper level
  • Build strong working relationships with technical leaders, planning teams, finance partners, and governance stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely issue resolution
  • Provide training and support to team members involved in governance planning activities


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technology planning, governance, program management, or a related area
  • Strong technical background with working knowledge of software technology, vehicle milestone processes, core platforms, electrical/electronic architecture, or related technical planning activities
  • Demonstrated program management skills, including the ability to manage scope, timing, risks, stakeholders, deliverables, implementation plans, and cross-functional project teams from concept through final execution
  • Proven ability to identify process gaps, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and create practical improvements that support organization, consistency, transparency, and business impact
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, presentation, and executive communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority, simplify complex technical topics, and drive decisions across all levels of management
  • Ability to work in a globally distributed teamacross multiple time zones.
  • Highly efficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • English - Strong language skills majority of all communication in writing + vocal is in English



Preferred Qualifications:



  • MBA or equivalent
  • Prior supervisory experience, Project management experience, strong presentation skills
  • High level knowledge of Stellantis GPC Processes, Technology and Vehicle Milestones (LRP), Core Platforms, EE and SW Architecture and Software Business Unit
  • PowerBI and data analysis skills
