Location: Auburn, Washington Type: Exempt Compensation: $80,169 - $101,400 Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (flexible start and end times depending on scheduling needs) As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll... offer guidance and coaching to manufacturing Managers and employees on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and labor relations, while exemplifying Tessera's culture, values, and commitment to excellence. In collaboration with hiring managers and staff, the HR Generalist coordinates recruitment efforts, including networking with vocational agencies to attract employees with disabilities for operational sites. Responsible for recruiting new employees annually-many in hard-to-fill front-line roles, the position includes pre-screening candidates, participating in interviews, identifying position requirements and necessary accommodations, and providing strategic staffing counsel to Hiring Managers. The role also exercises discretion and confidentiality while supporting the team through best practices, reviews, and audits.
