Responsibilities Position Summary: Uses established clinic protocols to provide specialized care to patients referred to the anticoagulation clinic. This includes ordering, collecting, and interpreting various lab results, creating therapeutic plans for dosing, follow-up, and monitoring, extensive patient/family education, and frequent communication with physicians and other health care professionals both within and outside the organization. Essential Functions:
Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program. Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse with current Oklahoma licensure. Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of continuous experience in a clinic setting. Cardiac experience preferred.
