Primary Purpose
Leads implementation of advanced project control methodologies for complex projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and risk analysis. Aligns project control practices with organizational standards to optimize outcomes. Partners with Site Operations to support RFO Programs and Operations, providing project controls expertise that enables effective planning, forecasting, reporting, and execution of operational initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities * Leads Ready for Operations programs. * Identifies and resolves project issues to ensure that projects stay on plan to meet overall cost, scope and schedule commitments. * Ensures integration of project control systems with internal systems (accounting, procurement, asset management). * Facilitates executive project reviews, translating complex data into insights for leadership decision-making. * Develops and delivers recommendations to improve processes, schedules and cost performance of projects. * Ensures project controls processes align with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. * Diagnoses systemic drivers of recurring cost or schedule volatility across projects and formulates rootcause hypotheses. * Defines data standards and control logic required to support advanced forecasting, benchmarking, or predictive modeling initiatives. * Performs other duties as assigned. | |
