Client Service Practice

BNY's Client Service Practice delivers a high-quality, client-first experience across our businesses by supporting day-to-day service, issue resolution and ongoing client engagement. The 2027 Client Service Internship Program offers driven students hands-on exposure to the practice through strategic projects aligned to client support, service delivery, onboarding, reporting, process improvement and relationship management. In a fast-paced environment, interns will gain insight into BNY's client service model, collaborate across business, operations and technology teams, and build the communication, analytical and problem-solving skills needed to help deliver timely, accurate and effective client outcomes.

• Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts, coordinating with partners, and helping move issues to closure.

• Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to help teams identify what is working and where the experience can improve.

• Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates that make it easier for clients to do business with BNY.

• Work across operations, service, and relationship teams to keep communication clear and next steps on track.

• Client-centric problem solving

Summer Internship Program
The BNY Summer Internship Program offers high-potential students a dynamic 10-week experience designed to accelerate development, build professional networks, and provide meaningful exposure to one of the world's leading financial services institutions. Through a skills-driven talent model, interns gain insight into the capabilities, platforms, and functions that power BNY's global franchise while contributing to impactful business initiatives.

From day one, interns are immersed in BNY's collaborative and innovative culture through:

• Enterprise-wide onboarding and development programming, including an in person immersive induction experience, executive speaker series, skill development, and networking opportunities.

• Meaningful project work aligned to key business practices and platforms, providing hands-on experience, skill development, and real-world business impact.

• Exposure across practices, platforms, and teams, building a broad understanding of BNY's integrated business model.

Program eligibility:

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred

• Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.)

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better

• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
