Warehouse Worker-Packaging

THE ROLE:

Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe movement of materials in support of a highvolume, 24x5 manufacturing operation. As a key contributor within the function, you'll execute material handling activities includingreceiving,internal transfers, packaging, cycle counting, and general inventory control to maintain smooth production flow and support operational readiness. The role works closely with many departments to ensure materials are available when and where they are needed, with accuracy and compliancetoestablished processes. A warehouse worker is expected to consistently follow work instructions, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to a reliable and wellcontrolled materials management environment across the site's operations

HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 6AM-2PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Helps manage inventory by counting products and comparingthe inventoryto the inventory logs and documents
• Monitors and controls inventory practices to ensure accuracy
• Researchinventory discrepancies and resolves potential issues
• Develops solutions for inventory issues and shares them with the lead/supervisor
• Assistsindeterminingroot causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement actions toeliminaterepetitive errors
• Assiststoreceive inbins from the 3PL into the dock
• Performs count on stock requirements and separates what is needed for the warehouse with whatgoes back to 3PL
• Preparestraveleraccurately back to 3PL to preserve inventory accuracy
• Move bins from the dock into counting/bin area
• Delivers material back and forth from B2 and B3 as needed via box truck or dolly
• Communicates discrepancies to the inventory team to reconcile

WHAT WE SEEK:

• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship
• High School diploma or GED required
• At least one year of experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
• Familiarity with SAP softwareand/orotherWMSstomaintainrecordsandinput datais preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basiccomputer, dataentry, and mathskills
• High attention to detailand adherence to quality standards
• Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance and understand documented processes and standard operating procedures
• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift.
• Must be able toliftto 40 poundsat times.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)is required tobeused at all timeswhile on duty. This includes the use of safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and high-visibility vests
• Employees in this role willbe occasionallyrequiredto work at heights up to 20feetusing powered industrial equipment and/or forklifts as part of their responsibilities.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse since the work area isin close proximity tothe unloading/loading dock

• Compensation: $21-$25 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
