Location: Kokomo, IN

Pay: Up to $50.00/hour

Join a leading automotive manufacturing facility as a Production Supervisor. This role is ideal for experienced manufacturing leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. You will oversee production teams, drive safety and quality initiatives, support continuous improvement efforts, and help ensure daily production goals are achieved.

Job Duties

• Lead and supervise production employees in a union manufacturing environment.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and operational goals are met.
• Promote a safe workplace by enforcing safety procedures and best practices.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while managing staffing and attendance needs.
• Analyze production, quality, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and support teams to resolve production challenges.
• Drive employee engagement, teamwork, and morale on the production floor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, automotive, or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience leading teams, coaching employees, and improving production performance.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or union environment experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred but not required.
• Highly experienced manufacturing leaders with 15+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

• Must be available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and overtime as needed.
• Shift assignments are based on operational requirements and cannot be guaranteed.
