What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator / Material Handler, you'll help keep production moving safely and efficiently by:

* Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the plant
* Load and unload production equipment
* Supply materials to production lines
* Monitor production equipment for proper operation
* Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
* Package finished products for shipment
* Complete production paperwork accurately
* Assist machine operators with setup and production as needed
* Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

* At least 18 years old
* High school diploma or GED
* Previous forklift experience required
* Manufacturing experience preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
* Basic math and communication skills
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn
