Position Details: Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact license; must meet all state board requirements. Certifications: Required: BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire. May be required based on unit: ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, OCN, CPHON, or other unit-specific certifications. Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Prolonged standing and walking each shift. Ability to bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, and maintain grip strength as needed. Why Mercy?
