Reporting to the Director, SIOP, the Senior Demand Planner supports the enterprise demand planning process and demand planning system to improve forecast accuracy, customer service, inventory performance, and working capital. This role develops and maintains demand forecasts, performs data analysis, monitors planning performance, and supports the monthly SIOP process. The Senior Demand Planner partners with stakeholders across Customer Operations, Global Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain Excellence to identify demand risks and opportunities, provide planning insights, and drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and system utilization.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS); Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems; regulatory requirements specific to the Company, site, and business; and Company policies and operating procedures.
  • Provide support to system implementation and adoption, process implementation, change management, performance measures, training, and analysis.
  • Be a super user and SME of demand planning system and demand management process.
  • Help improve demand forecast across Integer manufacturing locations through analytics, system utilization and configuration, and strategy execution.
  • Maintain the unconstrained demand plan to support enterprise supply planning and SIOP decision making.
  • Enable the global demand planning process by maintaining statistical and consensus demand forecast, monitoring forecast accuracy and bias, and driving continuous improvement in forecast quality.
  • Support the monthly SIOP process by leading demand reviews, challenging forecast assumptions with data-driven analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating demand changes to the global supply planning team.
  • Responsible for Integer's global demand management and control, including: monthly and annual reporting, site and enterprise analyses, identification of risks and opportunities from enterprise level to site SKU level detail.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, forecast bias, demand volatility, and other planning KPIs.
  • Must become proficient in company's demand management system in order to share best practices with site-level customer operations teams.
  • Coordinate with sites to provide monthly performance indicators, risks and opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or similar technical discipline. APICS certification desirable.
  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing environments, with at least 3+ years in Demand Planning and SIOP.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Specialized Knowledge:
    • Strong technical aptitude with respect to Demand Planning systems and processes.
      • Must include Statistical, Trend, and Modeling knowledge.
    • Power BI experience.
    • Oracle and Oracle Cloud experience preferred.
  • Specialized Skills:
    • First-hand experience working within large data sets.
    • Proven success influencing cross-functionally at all levels and managing change.
    • Strong communication, oral and written.
    • Demonstrated applied problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient to advanced computer and presentation skills.
  • Other:
    • Travel (~20%) may be required.

Salary Range: $76,500 - $112,200

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
