TEKsystems is hiring Member Service Representatives for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL. Job Description * Respond to inquiries and requests from members in a high-volume, structured contact center environment. * Provide information regarding products and services while delivering exceptional customer service through active listening and problem solving. * Perform transactions related to savings accounts, checking accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other financial products. * Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that meet members' needs. * Handle approximately 80-100+ calls per day while maintaining quality and service standards. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required. * 2-3 years of recent customer service experience. * Experience in a call center, banking, collections, mortgage, administrative, receptionist, professional office, or high-volume retail environment preferred. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong computer skills, typing ability, and data entry experience. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * High-speed internet (fiber optic or cable service required for hybrid eligibility).
