Clerical Support Representative Location: Erie, PA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Employment Type: Contract (1 Year) Pay: $16.00-$18.00/hour About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Clerical Support Representative to join a growing operations team in Erie, PA. This position plays a critical role in processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily administrative functions. Key Responsibilities * Sort and prepare incoming payments and documents for processing. * Operate mail-opening and scanning equipment to process customer payments and correspondence. * Perform data entry and ensure information is entered accurately and efficiently. * Review, verify, and proofread documents for completeness and accuracy. * Process customer requests, including address changes, payment plan updates, and other account-related correspondence. * Receive, open, sort, and distribute incoming mail. * Maintain established production schedules and deadlines. * Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed.
